Aaron Rodgers nearly retired in the offseason, before finally returning to Green Bay for a second year.
How is it going in his season opener against Saints? Bob, it’s not great!
Rodgers, the reigning NFL MVP, has thrown two interceptions thus far and, at the time of this writing, has his team trailing Jameis Winston and the Saints 38-3 early in the fourth quarter.
Rodgers isn’t his usual dominant self for the first three quarters. This is a very strange stat about Rodgers’ star QB:

Rodgers later was benched in quarter four by Jordan Love. Rodgers would likely have been the starter had he retired or left the team during the offseason.
