John Harbaugh shares thoughts on performance of Le’Veon Bell in Week 4

The Baltimore Ravens have had to do a lot of roster shuffles over the 2021 season. The team has had to look for outside help to assist them with their many injuries. They hope to be able to play at a high level.

Baltimore head coach John Harbaugh spoke Monday about how Le’Veon, a practice squad call-up from Baltimore, performed in the Ravens’ 23-7 victory over the Denver Broncos. Harbaugh gave praise to the running back, noting his efforts in pass protection and shifting in the backfield. He said that the veteran “did well “

“…Le’Veon [Bell], to your point, did a really nice job in pass protection – a couple really good blocks in there and made a couple nice cuts. He was hit in the backfield once, spun out… Player safety is a concern, so he got his head grabbed and twisted. He made a few guys miss. He did a great job .”

Bell carried four times the football for 11 yards during Week 4. The team seems to be very fond on former Steelers star Bell, who carried the ball four times for 11 yards in Week 4.
