Afropop, Dancehall and Reggae/Dancehall artiste, Mujahid Ahmed Bello widely known as Fancy Gadam has been crowned as “Music King” and Peace Ambassador of Dagbon Kingdom by Naa Gbewaa II.
Fancy Gadam failed to grab a nomination spot in this year’s Vodafone Ghana Music Awards (VGMA) and this honour is enough to boast of as a musician based in the Northern part of Ghana.
His coronation comes on the back of preparations towards his musical concert dubbed “Fancy Gadam and Friends Peace Concert”.
Excited Fancy Gadam posted the video of his coronation with the caption: “I can’t express how happy I am to be crowned MUSIC KING / PEACE AMBASSADOR OF DAGBON by the overlord of Dagbon kingdom Naa Gbewaa II!
Are you ready for 23rd? 🔥 🔥 🔥”.

This year’s Vodafone Ghana Music Awards’ nominations have been described by music lovers as unfair and biased because those who deserve spots in there have been sidelined.
