Champion Milwaukee Bucks will be first NBA team to visit White House since 2016

President Joe Biden will welcome the Milwaukee Bucks to the White House on Nov. 8 to commemorate their 2020-21 NBA championship season.

ESPN first reported the date of the visit.

The Bucks will be the first NBA team to visit the White House since the Cleveland Cavaliers were honored on Nov. 11, 2016.

In many years past, the White House trip for reigning champions was built around a game with the Washington Wizards. The Bucks will play at Capital One Arena at 5:05 p.m. Nov. 7.

Nov. 8 is an off day for the Bucks before they head to Philadelphia for a game against the 76ers.
