BKFC 22 live and official results

Bare Knuckle Fighting Championship returns on Friday evening for BKFC 22 and MMA Junkie will keep you updated with live and official results throughout the event.

The bareknuckle event, which is filled with MMA veterans, takes place at Miami’s James L. Knight Center. It airs on FITE TV and BKFC TV. Two titles are at stake as Hector Lombard attempts to defend his title as a cruiserweight against Lorenzo Hunt , and Luis Palomino defends the lightweight title against Dat Naguyen .

Lombard (3-0 BKFC) and Hunt (5-1 BKFC) will finally settle the score after their heated rivalry began with a brawl after BKFC 18. Lombard, undefeated under BKFC’s banner, defeated Joe Riggs and became the BKFC cruiserweight champion.

His opponent Hunt enters Friday’s championship fight on a four-fight winning streak. He was able to fight for the title in this main event after he won victories over Erick Lozano and Rob Morrow as well as Josh Dyer.

The co-main event will see lightweight champ Palomino (4-0 BKFC) attempt to make it five wins in a row, as he returns to action following hospitalization due to a serious bout with COVID-19.

Nguyen (3-3 BKFC) is, like Palomino in the bareknuckle contest, undefeated. Nguyen has three wins under the BKFC banner and will try to improve on his unanimous win over Johnny Bedford in February.
